Role Summary
As the Assistant General Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of a beverage program that celebrates timeless
classics, thoughtful wine selections, and polished, precise service. You’ll train and inspire the team to deliver hospitality
that is as refined as it is warm, ensuring every guest experiences The Royal Treatment.
This role combines creativity and leadership, balancing operational excellence with an eye for detail. From developing
signature cocktails to managing inventory and costs, you’ll oversee every aspect of bar performance while maintaining the
pace, precision, and energy that define Our House.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Food Manager Certification
• Deep knowledge of classic cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits.
• Strong understanding of financials, scheduling, and operational systems.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
• Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and team performance effectively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
